Meet the Multi-Disciplinary Team of The Eng Garcia Group

Lucinda Eng Garcia: A 1989 graduate in Design from Pratt Institute in NYC, Lucinda has worked on interior design and renovation projects throughout the DC, Boston and NYC areas for homeowners, business and government. Lucinda is active in local schools and has served as Team Leader for Hands on DC. Licensed to sell real estate in DC, MD and VA, Lucinda consults buyers to improve their properties. She also assists sellers to stage, present and market their homes effectively.

Heather Elbert: A Magna Cum Lade graduate in Communications from Trinity University, Heather is licensed to sell real estate in DC, MD and VA. Previously, she worked as Development Officer for non-profits, including The Wilderness Society and World Wildlife Fund. A true natural in her field, Heather is passionate about staging properties to ensure they look their best and she works diligently with buyers to find the right home.

Carlos Garcia: A former practicing attorney for 12 years, Carlos is licensed to sell real estate in DC, MD and VA. Carlos has been an avid real estate investor since the 1990s and has a deep understanding of our local market. He serves on 4 nonprofit Boards and received the “Unsung Hero” award from the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region for outstanding community leadership. Carlos’ knowledge, legal background and community ties make him invaluable to clients.

Brian Gessner: A graduate of West Virginia University’s School of Journalism with a focus on Mass Communications, Brian is licensed to sell real estate in DC and joined the Eng Garcia Group to be part of a full service real estate team. He also works as an audio engineer for professional sports broadcasts and satellite radio programs.

James Grant: A former strategic planning and business development professional for start up companies, James is an entrepreneur at heart who is passonate about real estate. James is licensed to sell real estate in DC, MD and VA. He believes that effective communication is key. In addition to leading business development efforts for the Eng Garcia Group and working closely with our valued clients, James is a proud dad and also is a partner in LAN Systems, a business to business IT company.

Raylene Grant: A former professional opera singer (soprano), Raylene attended Indiana University, where she studied voice and set design. Currently, she is a licensed Realtor®. At the Eng Garcia Group, she brings her creative talents to bear for our clients, assisting with staging of homes and design consultations. Raylene is the proud mother of one and an avid golfer.

Kristyn Klarner: A licensed real estate agent with a background in human resource management and retail operations, Kristyn has lived in the DC area since 1982. She has two adult children and is a former PTA President. Kristyn has worked on several real estate teams at RE/MAX & Keller Williams. At the Eng Garcia Group, Kristyn keeps the trains running on time.

Seth Turner: Always going above and beyond the call of duty, Seth Turner's primary focus is to provide the highest level of service to his clients. Seth graduated with honors from Berry College with a B.S. in Finance, subsequently working in banking before moving to the real estate field. Seth worked in commercial property management and was a real estate agent in Manhattan before moving to DC. Seth appreciates the architectural diversity and significance of Washington, DC’s neighborhoods. He is licensed in DC and VA.
